London Office Glass Partitions and Timber Doors
We installed double glazed glass partitions including facetted corners, timber doors and switchable glass for an esteemed client in London
Project details
Nexaa were instructed to install double glazed glass partitions and oak veneer doors, inclusive of a drop-down seal, to achieve maximum noise reduction of 48db. The facets on each office were introduced to create the feeling of increased space and flow throughout the office.
We also installed switchable glass to the boardroom to provide maximum privacy whilst the meeting room was occupied.
Technical details
- 12.8 acoustic laminate glass
- RAL 9005 aluminium glazing channels
- 3m glazing tape was used for the glass-to-glass joints to avoid any need for silicone
- Switchable glass was installed with one transformer to allow all panels to switch at the same time
